Paramedics assessed seven patients – five children and two adults – after three vehicles were involved in a crash on the D’Aguilar Highway near Wamuran on Friday night.
Emergency services were called to the incident just after 10:00pm.
A QAS spokesperson said two adults, aged in their 30s, and a child were transported to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition with minor injuries.
Four other patients declined transport to hospital.
