A 50-year-old man was taken to Kingaroy Hospital after a collision between a truck and a ute at Inverlaw on Monday morning.

Emergency services were called to incident about 7:30am.

Initial police investigations suggest the driver of an Iveco truck failed to give way at the intersection of Ten Chain Road and Wooden Hut Road.

The truck struck a HiLux utility being driven by a 50-year-old Inverlaw man.

The truck driver, a 34-year-old Kingaroy man, has been issued with a ticket for failing to give way ($400 fine and three points).

The HiLux driver was treated by ambulance paramedics at the scene for back and chest pain and was transported to Kingaroy Hospital.

Paramedics transported a man to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after his vehicle hit a cow on the D’Aguilar Highway at South Nanango on Monday evening.

Emergency services were called at 6:27pm.

He was treated at the scene for neck and head pain.

Paramedics assessed one person at the scene of a single-vehicle crash near Murgon on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency services were called to the intersection of the Bunya Highway and Cherbourg Road at 4:09pm.
