South Burnett Regional Council is seeking tenders for the lease of land at Durong for development as an unmanned fuel outlet.
The outlet would be located at the intersection of Chinchilla-Wondai and Mundubbera-Durong roads at Durong.
The land is being offered for lease with terms and conditions as outlined in tender documents that will be available from the LG Tenderbox website from October 8.
Council said respondents were advised to undertake their own investigations as to the quality and fitness for use of the land for the intended purpose.
Tenders must be lodged before 4:00pm on Tuesday, November 10.
