A teenage girl was flown to Toowoomba Hospital on Wednesday evening after a single-vehicle crash west of Haden.

Emergency services were called to Schmalings Road about 6:00pm after a vehicle left the road and hit a tree.

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was called to the incident about 6:30pm.

QAS paramedics assessed the girl at the scene for neck and arm injuries before she was transferred to the rescue helicopter, which had landed nearby.

She was transported in a stable condition.
