Paramedics were called to a private property near Proston on Tuesday evening after reports of a motorcycle crash.
The emergency call went out just after 6:00pm.
A man aged in his 20s was assessed at the scene for suspected spinal injuries, shoulder and leg injuries.
He was transported by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
