Paramedics assessed two people after a single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway near Murgon in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident at 2:28am.
A QAS spokesperson said the vehicle left the highway and ran down an embankment.
A woman in her 20s and a man were both transported in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital.

A man was transported to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a stable condition as a precautionary measure after a single-vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway on Saturday night.
The incident occurred just after 8:00pm at the intersection of the D’Aguilar Highway and Raaen Road near Wamuran.
The man’s vehicle rolled and hit a tree.

QAS paramedics transported a patient to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition after an incident at Abbeywood on Saturday morning.
They were called to Basin Road at 11:17am.
A QAS spokesperson said the man had fallen from a horse and suffered a suspected head injury.
