Two men were transported to Murgon Hospital on Friday night after a truck rolled on the Bunya Highway.
Emergency services were called to the incident, near Goomeri, at 8:40pm.
A QAS spokesperson said two patients were transported in a stable condition.

Two people were injured – one critically – in a single-vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway in the early hours of Saturday.
Critical care paramedics and QAS’s High Acuity Response Unit were called to the incident near Wamuran, reported at 2:23am.
A male patient suffered significant head injuries and was transported to Royal Brisbane Hospital in a critical condition.
A second patient suffered moderate head and chest injuries and was transported to the same hospital in a serious condition.
Traffic on the highway was delayed for several hours as emergency services attended the scene.

One person was transported by ambulance to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition after a motorcycle crash in the Bunya Mountains on Saturday afternoon.
Emergency Services were called to the incident – involving a car and a motorbike – on the Bunya Mountains Road at 1:57pm.
A QAS spokesperson said a second patient declined transport.
