A 26-year-old Kingaroy man has died after a quad bike crash at Taabinga on Sunday morning.

Emergency services were called to the scene at about 11:50am.

A police spokesperson said the quad bike was travelling south on Boonenne-Ellesmere Road, towards Boonenne Road, when the incident occurred.

It is believed the quad bike hit the shoulder of the road before crashing into an embankment.

The rider was transported to Kingaroy Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Forensic crash investigators are appealing for any witnesses or people with dashcam vision to contact police.

A 60-year-old man was flown to the Royal Brisbane Hospital in a critical condition on Saturday night after an incident in Wondai.

The man suffered serious head and back injuries when he fell from a vehicle.

At 7:15pm, emergency services were called to Haly Street following reports a man had fallen from a moving ute.

Initial information suggests the man had stepped up on to the sidestep and was holding on to the side of the slow-moving ute before falling and hitting his head.

Paramedics, including critical care paramedics, treated the man at the scene before transporting him to Wondai Showgrounds where he was transferred to a waiting medevac helicopter.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.

Two people declined transport to hospital after a single-vehicle rollover on Memerambi-Barkers Creek Road at Wattle Camp on Saturday afternoon.

Paramedics assessed a man and woman at the scene.

They were called to the incident at 1:44pm.
