Queensland has recorded six new confirmed cases of COVID-19 since Thursday, raising the State total to 1007.
The new cases occurred in the Gold Coast (3), Metro North (1) and Metro South (2) health regions.
There were no new confirmed cases in the Darling Downs Health region.
Active cases still remain in Toowoomba, Miles and Oakey.
During the past 24 hours Queensland Police fined 29 people for breaching public health directions across the State, taking the total number of infringement notices issued since March 27 to 993.
They also conducted 50 compliance checks on people in quarantine, taking the total number of spot checks to 4170.
Twelve vehicles were turned around at the Queensland border.
Nationally, at 2:30pm on Friday there had been 6514 confirmed cases, including 64 deaths.
