St John’s Lutheran School’s P&F Association will be taking over the running of the popular Bookarama secondhand book sales event in Kingaroy.
This follows a decision by Taabinga Rotary Club to wind up on June 30.
Taabinga Rotary has run 11 Bookaramas and has donated more than $100,000 to worthy causes and charities.
Jacqui Trace, from the P&F, said club members would assist at the next Bookarama.
The date and venue for the event will be announced soon.
Taabinga Rotary has been approached for comment.
