Nominations are being sought for the Board of Directors for the South Burnett Community Hospital Foundation Limited (SBCHF).

The Foundation, registered in 2015, supports the operation of the Lady Bjelke-Petersen Hospital in Kingaroy.

Current Board members are Darryl Kratzmann (chair), South Burnett Regional Council CEO Mark Pitt (secretary), Cr Danita Potter, Cr Ros Heit, Dr Graham McAllister, Dr Debra Tellam, Prof Mark Radford (South Bank Day Hospital) and Scott McLennan (South Burnett Radiology)

A Council statement said the Foundation was renewing its Board to continue to concentrate on its charitable activities.

People interested in nominating should download the Call for Nominations document which details Director qualifications, responsibilities and the skills required.

Nominees should complete the Nomination Form and the ACNC Responsible Entity Declaration form and supply a covering letter addressing the skills matrix.

A comprehensive CV should also be supplied.

Nominations close on Friday, January 31 at 11.59pm AEST.
