As RADF-funded artists’ workshop held in Kingaroy in 2013 … applications for funding for similar projects will open on February 1

Artists and not-for-profit community groups should mark their calendars … the latest round of funding under the South Burnett Regional Council’s Community Grants Program will open on February 1.

The program includes the Regional Arts Development Fund (RADF) as well as sponsorship for community events, school student awards, community hall insurance, Healthy Communities programs and Australia Day events.

Applications will close on February 29.

A Council spokesperson said applications for in-kind sponsorship, Elite Performance Youth Grants, Councillor Discretionary Fund support and Indigenous Affairs Fund applications can be submitted year-round.
