A teenager has been airlifted to hospital with serious injuries after an incident on a private property at Bells Bridge on Wednesday evening.
The girl suffered serious head and leg injuries when a buggy hit a tree on a property near the Wide Bay Highway.
The incident was reported to emergency services at 7:10pm.
QAS paramedics met up with a private vehicle taking her to Gympie Hospital.
She was later transferred to a medevac helicopter and airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
