Three people were taken to Murgon Hospital after a single-vehicle rollover at Cloyna on Friday evening.
Emergency services were called to the incident on Murgon-Gayndah Road at 5:18pm.
Paramedics treated a woman and two children at the scene for abdominal pain.
They were transported to hospital in two ambulances.
