Two Yarraman organisations have received funding under the latest round of Toowoomba Regional Council’s Community Grants Program.
The Yarraman Business Group will receive $3640 to assist in the development of a feasibility study into the establishment of a residential aged care facility in the town, and the creation of new tourism maps.
The Yarraman and District Men’s Shed will receive $2446 to install electrical wiring and switches in its new shed to comply with workplace health and safety protocols.
The TRC distributed more than $400,000 to 74 organisations throughout the region in the round.
