A teenage girl is in a critical condition following a single-vehicle crash on Dalby-Cooyar Road near Kaimkillenbun on Tuesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident about 2:50pm.
They found the critically injured girl trapped inside the wrecked Volkswagen sedan.
She was freed with the help of QFES and treated by paramedics at the scene.
She was then taken by road ambulance to Dalby Hospital for transfer to a medevac helicopter and airlifted to the PA Hospital in Brisbane.
