South Burnett Saints women will be action in Kingaroy on Saturday against competition leaders University while the men have a bye.

Neither side were celebrating after last weekend’s round of games in the Darling Downs AFL competition.

The women were defeated 30.11-191 to nil by Toowoomba at Rockville Oval in Toowoomba.

The men’s team, coming off a win, travelled to Warwick to take on the Redbacks.

They were defeated 34.29-233 to 1.1-7.

Benjamin Smith kicked the solitary goal during the first quarter.
