The Nanango Race Club will be holding Lee Park’s popular annual Easter race meeting on Saturday, April 20.

The fashion theme will be “Easter Bonnets and Top Hats”.

Guests are encouraged to dress up in their best outfits and upload a selfie to the race club’s Facebook page to be in the running for some great Fashions Of The Field prizes.

The club’s popular Champagne@the Bit Bar will be serving up bubbly and platters and there’ll be a licensed bar and barbecue running on site along with face-painting for children, bookies and an on-course tote.

There’ll also be free Easter eggs for the kids!

Buses will be running from Kingaroy’s Glendon Street Bus Depot at noon, and the rear of Nanango’s Fitzroy Hotel at about 12:30pm.

Gates will open at the track at noon and the first race of the day’s five race card will leave the barriers at 1:30pm.

Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for pensioners (under-15s are free).
