A woman aged in her 50s was transported to Kingaroy Hospital after a crash on the Burnett Highway on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident, which involved a car and caravan, occurred south of Goomeri.
Emergency services were called to incident just before 2:00pm.
Firefighters had to cut the woman free from the wreckage.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman was transported in a stable condition with spinal pain.
The highway was closed for several hours while emergency services attended the scene.
