Sporting clubs have been notified that Round 13 of the State Government’s popular “Get Started” voucher program will open at 8:00am on February 6.
Round 13 had been expected to open on January 19.
Get Started vouchers provide eligible children aged between 5 and 17 with a $150 payment towards fees at registered sporting or recreation clubs.
They are distributed on a first-in, first-served basis and always go very quickly.
If the club fees are less than $150, the State Government will reimburse the club for actual amount. The balance is not redeemable in cash.
