A man has died after a van ran off the Burnett Highway and hit a tree on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the crash scene, near Booubyjan, about 1:30pm.
Two occupants, a man and a woman both aged in their 60s, were trapped in the wreckage.
The man died at the scene.
An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the woman was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.
The LifeFlight helicopter landed near the incident.
The Police Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the cause of the single-vehicle crash.
