A two-storey timber home in Margaret Street at Yarraman was badly damaged by fire in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The alarm was raised about 12:40am.
Three urban fire crews attended the blaze.
A QFES spokesperson said the house was “well involved” in flames when firefighters arrived.
Ambulance paramedics also attended the incident, but all occupants escaped safely without injury.
Fire crews remained on scene until about 5:00am, dampening down the site.
