There are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a 49-year-old Durong man who died at the wheel of his car on Wednesday evening.
Emergency services were called to Ironbark Road at Durong about 6:20pm after reports of a crash.
They found the man’s vehicle had run off the road, ending up against a tree.
Paramedics attended the incident but the driver, who was the sole occupant of the vehicle, could not be revived.
It is believed he suffered a medical incident prior to the crash.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
