A 50-year-old man has been transported to Kingaroy Hospital with significant facial injuries after a motorcycle crash on Old Esk Road at Nanango on Wednesday afternoon.

Emergency crews were called to the incident about 3:20pm.

Paramedics assessed the man at the scene and took precautions in case of possible spinal injuries before transporting him to hospital.

This is the second injury crash involving a motorbike in the South Burnett this week.

On Monday, a 55-year-old man was transported to Kingaroy Hospital following an incident at Brooklands.

The man, a pillion passenger, received minor injuries.

A truck rollover on the Brisbane Valley Highway near Harlin on Wednesday morning caused traffic delays.

Emergency services were called to the incident about 9:20am.

Paramedics assessed one person at the scene but they did not require transportation.
