Emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway near Tingoora on Tuesday afternoon.
A black Holden Commodore heading north on the highway ran off the road and struck a road sign just before Tingoora.
QAS was called to the incident at 1:30pm.
Paramedics examined the three occupants of the vehicle but none required transportation to hospital.
A police spokesperson said no action would be taken.

About 4:00pm on Tuesday, emergency services were called to a single-vehicle crash on Neale Road at Haly Creek.
The two occupants of the vehicle were assessed by paramedics at the scene but did not require transport to hospital.
