The Queensland Fire and Emergency Service has advised that due to heightened fire conditions over the coming days, all Permits to Light Fires have been suspended in South Burnett, North Burnett and Gympie council areas.

Permits have also been suspended in Bundaberg, Fraser Coast, Noosa and the Sunshine Coast.

Permit holders must not undertake burns while this suspension is in place.

The suspension is in place until further notice.
