A man has been airlifted to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition on Thursday after a multi-vehicle crash on the corner of the Bunya Highway and Silverleaf Road at Murgon.

The incident occurred about 10:00am.

A man was treated on the scene by QAS paramedics for lower body injuries, before being taken to Kingaroy hospital.

The Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight helicopter later airlifted the man from Kingaroy to Toowoomba.

A second patient, suffering minor injuries, was transported from the crash site by the QAS to Murgon Hospital in a stable condition.
