The Kingaroy Eisteddfod – which will be celebrating its 85th birthday in May – is looking for volunteers to help with this year’s event.
The eisteddfod committee is looking for new members to help with organising and running the event, which attracts competitors from across southern Queensland to Kingaroy Town Hall.
Music sections will run from May 1-4; Speech and Drama on May 5 (in the Uniting Church Hall); and Dance from May 5-14.
Entries for this year’s competitions have closed (March 3) but can still be made with the payment of a late fee.
