A man aged in his 20s suffered suspected head injuries in an off-road motorcycle crash near Nanango on Monday afternoon.

An RACQ LifeFlight spokesperson said the man was riding off-road without a helmet on a property when he fell.

The Queensland Ambulance Service was first on the scene and transported the patient to Nanango Hospital, where they were met by the Sunshine Coast-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter.
