A teenage girl injured in a horse riding accident in Nanango was flown to the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital on Sunday afternoon.
The girl suffered suspected head injuries in the incident which occurred on the trail that runs behind Nanango’s Big Bucket.
Two ambulance crews treated the girl at the scene before she was rushed to Kingaroy Hospital.
The State Government’s Rescue 500 helicopter then transferred her to Brisbane.
