Two men found themselves in trouble with the law after Kingaroy Police stopped a car in Youngman Street just before midnight on Saturday.
Police allegedly spotted a small amount of cannabis in the front of the vehicle.
Senior Sergeant Duane Frank, from Kingaroy police, said the 29-year-old driver was issued with a notice to appear in court on a charge of possessing dangerous drugs.
The passenger, a 17-year-old Kingaroy man, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for failing to appear in court.
