With all the excitement in South Burnett towns on Year 12 formal nights, it’s easy to forget that there are some local Year 12 students graduating who do not attend the four big local high schools.
Among these are the students who study via Distance Education.
Year 12 student Jessica Hansen, from Kingaroy, graduated from the Brisbane School of Distance Education on January 21.
She is pictured with her partner at the formal, Michael Christensen.
The event was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott Hotel in Brisbane.
