A woman facing a fraud charge laid after a police investigation at Wondai Kindergarten has successfully applied to transfer the case to Brisbane Magistrates Court.
Amanda Evans, also known as Amanda Magee, has been charged with dishonestly obtaining property.
A solicitor representing Evans requested the transfer in Murgon Magistrates Court yesterday.
The matter has now been listed for September 8.
