A man charged with murder following the death of 26-year-old Renee Todd in Kingaroy last April appeared briefly in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today by videolink from Maryborough Correctional Centre.

Glen Brian Duggan’s solicitor, Thomas Bray, told the court he had received the autopsy report on Tuesday this week. A brief was now being prepared for senior counsel.

He sought a two-month adjournment to March 20.

Mr Bray said that on this date, the matter would either be dealt with as a full hand-up committal or an application would be made to cross-examine witnesses.

No application was made for bail.

Duggan is also facing three drugs charges.
