A charge of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm laid following a head-on smash in Kingaroy in July has been adjourned to September 5.
The matter was mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today.
Darrell Glenn Walk was charged following the incident which occurred on the Kingaroy-Barkers Creek Road on July 14.
Five people were injured in the smash.
Also mentioned in Kingaroy Magistrates Court today were six charges – including threatening violence, dangerous conduct with a weapon and assault – against Booie man Curtis Dale Hayden.
They were also adjourned to September 5.
