A man aged in his 60s has been airlifted to hospital in a critical condition after a single-vehicle crash at South Nanango on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the D’Aguilar Highway about 12:45pm.
It is believed the man may have suffered a medical episode prior to the crash.
A QAS spokesperson said the man was airlifted by helicopter to the Mater Hospital in Brisbane with potentially life-threatening injuries.
He suffered hand, leg and back injuries in the crash.
