The developers of the Spotlight and Repco project in Rogers Drive, Kingaroy, have put the purpose-built building on the market.
Stonebridge Property Group has been appointed to market the building which includes two big-name tenants on new, long-term leases.
A Stonebridge spokesperson said the Spotlight and Repco tenancies were secured on 10- and seven-year leases with fixed annual rent increases, delivering a net income of $571,306 per annum plus GST.
The concrete tilt panel building is located on 6383sq m site.
“Brand new large format retail assets anchored by covenants of this calibre are exceptionally rare, particularly given the tightly held nature of freestanding Spotlight tenanted assets,” Stonebridge senior executive James Freemantle said.
The Spotlight and Repco stores opened for trading earlier this month.
Expressions of interest close at 3:00pm on July 1.
