The Grains Research and Development Corporation (GRDC) will be holding a grains research update next month at Bell.
Topics to be covered include:
- The impact of maximum residue levels on trade
- Current and future uses of AI in farming
- Findings from nitrogen fertiliser recovery experiments
- Managing risk around infrastructure and machinery purchase decisions
- Fertiliser storage options
- Maintaining seed quality in storage
- New safety standard for venting phosphine
- Regional fungicide resistance and disease management update
The update will be held from 9:00am to 3:00pm on July 14 at Bell Memorial Hall, 59 Wallace Street, Bel (registrations from 8:30am).
The cost is free but as lunch and morning tea will be supplied, registrations are important for catering.
