A man aged in 60s suffered leg and pelvic injuries when his motorbike hit a cow on on the Kilcoy-Murgon Road on Sunday morning.
The LifeFlight helicopter was able to land close to where the incident occurred, north of Manumbar.
The motorbike rider was airlifted to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital in a stable condition.

A jockey involved in a race fall at Wondai on Saturday afternoon escaped serious injury.
A QAS spokesperson said paramedics assessed the woman, aged in her 20s, but she declined transport to hospital.
The horse involved in the incident suffered a broken leg and was euthanased.
After stewards inspected the track, the rest of the race meeting was abandoned.

Two occupants were lucky to escape serious injury when their vehicle ran off the road and hit a tree at Nutgrove on Sunday afternoon.
Emergency services were called to Oakey-Cooyar Road about 3:40pm.
Paramedics examined two patients at the scene but they both also declined transport to hospital.
