A 15-year-old teenage boy from Kingaroy is facing 13 charges after the theft of two vehicles in Kingaroy last week.
Police will allege the boy stole a Ford Falcon from James Street, Kingaroy, on April 29. It was later located on fire on the Bunya Highway, north of Wondai.
It will be alleged the same boy was involved in the theft the next day of a Hyundai Accent from William Street in Kingaroy.
This vehicle was later found burnt out in Cherbourg.
The boy is facing a string of charges including break-and-enter and unlawful use of a motor vehicle.
He has been remanded in custody to appear in Children’s Court on June 8.
Police investigations are continuing.
