Emergency services were called to a three-vehicle crash on the D’Aguilar Highway at Colinton on Wednesday morning.
A QAS spokesperson said four people were assessed by paramedics at the scene.
The incident occurred near the Emu Creek Bridge.
One person was transported by ambulance to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition with back pain.
The other three people were not injured.
Traffic on the highway was delayed while emergency crews were at the incident.
