A woman aged in her 50s was airlifted to hospital on Saturday afternoon a quad bike rollover at Merlwood.
Emergency services were called to the private property just before 4:30pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the woman suffered head and arm injuries.
She was flown to Toowoomba Hospital in a stable condition.
