A woman, aged in her 50s, suffered an arm injury when a car towing a caravan and another vehicle collided in Kingaroy on Wednesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Haly and Jarrah streets about noon.
Three fire crews attended as well as police and QAS paramedics.
A QFD spokesperson said firefighters used hydraulic cutting gear to remove a door from the badly damaged vehicle to free the woman.
She was released at 12:18pm and taken by ambulance to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
A QAS spokesperson said a man in his 60s declined transport to hospital.
