A 40-year-old Teelah man has been charged with unlawful wounding after a man was allegedly stabbed in the neck at Blackbutt North on Thursday.
A police spokesperson said emergency services were called to a home in Crumpton Drive about 7:45am after reports a man had been stabbed.
They discovered a 45-year-old Blackbutt man with serious but non-life threatening injuries to his neck.
He was transported by ambulance in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital for treatment.
Joe Gatti, 40, appeared in Kingaroy Magistrates Court on Friday and was remanded in custody to reappear on April 8.
No application was made for bail.
