Two men have been charged after an incident near Blackbutt on Sunday.
Police will allege a 27-year-old Cherbourg man and a 37-year-old Woodridge man threatened a man at Acacia Ridge earlier in the day and stole a silver Mazda 6.
Police tracked the car using Polair before successfully deploying a tyre deflation device on the D’Aguilar Highway near Blackbutt.
The two occupants fled on foot but were arrested a short time afterwards with the help of the dog squad.
They have each been charged with robbery and unlawful use of a motor vehicle and were due to appear in Caboolture Magistrates Court on Monday.
