Dates for a retrial for former Tingoora resident Judith Ann Schulz, charged with stalking a former South Burnett councillor, have been set for 2026.
Ms Schulz was found guilty in December last year of stalking former Division 6 councillor Scott Henschen over alleged incidents in 2020 and 2021.
However, these convictions were set aside in May this year linked to jury communications to the trial judge late in the hearing.
The matter is now listed for a trial review in the Brisbane District Court on June 12, 2026, with a three-to-four day trial set to begin on June 22, 2026.
