A driver was lucky to escape injury in a freak accident on the Bunya Highway near Murgon on Wednesday afternoon.
Emergency services were called about 3:20pm after reports an object had smashed through the windscreen of a vehicle.
The object is believed to have come loose from another vehicle.
QAS paramedics assessed the driver who declined transport to hospital.
