Emergency services were called to a two-vehicle collision on the D’Aguilar Highway at Barkers Creek Flat on Monday afternoon.
The incident occurred shortly after 4:00pm.
A QAS spokesperson said the occupants self-extricated from the two vehicles.
One person was not injured, while the second – a woman in her 40s – was taken to Kingaroy Hospital by private transport with suspected minor injuries.
