Four people were assessed by paramedics after a single-vehicle crash on the Bunya Highway just outside Kingaroy in the early hours of Friday morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident about 3:50am.
The car left the highway and ended up in a ditch, not far from the Geritz Road intersection.
Two adults were transported in a stable condition to Kingaroy Hospital, while two children were uninjured.
