Seven people were assessed by paramedics after two vehicles collided in Kent Street, Kingaroy, on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called about 8:25am.
One vehicle was on its side, but a Queensland Fire Department spokesperson said no one was trapped.
A QAS spokesperson said there were five people in one vehicle and two in the other.
Two people were taken to Kingaroy Hospital in a stable condition.
